Weekly, I give you the tools you need to become your own coach,  & holistic therapist because  your health and quality of life is in your hands.

Cleansing

Past- Our first phase together includes digging up what may have you stuck including trauma, dis-ease, limited beliefs, and anything that may have been passed down to you that doesn't serve your highest self

The details:

  • For mental health healing- Identifying areas of trauma, and trauma responses and healing through these.Reparenting. Working through inner child wounds

  • For ailment reversal- We'll talk about old eating habits/ addictions and work on healing through them. Detoxing the body is done here.

Wholistic coaching

Present- Here we focus on the present. If you're feeling stuck in your life or struggling to achieve your goals, I can help. 

The plan:

  • Mapping out where you are currently and how to get you unstuck

  • Providing natural remedies and self-care practices that feel good to you

  • Tips for healthy eating habits and incorporating physical movement into daily life

  • Techniques for incorporating mindfulness into daily life

  • Strategies for reducing stress and increasing self-awareness

  • Brainstorming tools for reducing stress and increasing self-awareness to de-escalate the triggers
