What exactly is “Heal with Tiara” and who is it for?
Heal with Tiara is a wellness brand for humans ready to heal chronic health issues naturally, including womb imbalances, viral load (like HSV), hormonal issues, and emotional/spiritual disconnection. Tiara blends functional health, herbalism, and spiritual grounding in her offerings.

Are your products and protocols safe for pregnant or breastfeeding women?
Some are, some aren’t. Always check the product description or email us for clarity. We also offer pregnancy-safe guidance through the Medicine Workers course and 1:1 consults.
What’s in your womb kit and how do I use it?
The womb kit includes herbal blends, supplements, a guided cycle syncing sheet with a dry erase cheklist to check off items as they are completed. Use weekly or as guided. It supports womb clearing, hormonal balancing, and sacred self-connection.
I have HSV. What’s your approach to viral load reduction?
Alkaline eating and holistic therapies to reduce the viral load. We have a few options for you. The most popular is the HSV healing ebook ($77). I also offer a 7-week viral healing intensive with herbs, nutrition, and mindset support. We don’t claim to “cure” HSV- we focus on immune modulation, viral suppression, and terrain healing, and we haven’t received ANY reports of resurgence years later.
What if there’s no viral load testing in my area?
There are at home testing kits that check for viral load numbers. You are looking for the antibodies testing, often called IGG testing. Knowing the number will help you track the regression of the viral load. Check it before you begin, then again in 3 months.
What’s the difference between your ebooks, your course, and your intensives?

Do you have recommendations for the Duck Flower Cleanse?
I’m no longer selling Duck Flower. While others offer it, I’m not affiliated with them and recommend you research thoroughly before purchasing from any source.
How long do I need to be on the protocol?
Short answer - until your body is done with the ailment. It depends on your consistency, toxic load, and stress levels.
When does the Medicine Workers course start?

Yes, I offer 1:1 virtual consultations for personalized healing plans. Everything is virtual. Book through my site (limited spots per month).

Everyone is different, but I’ve seen it clear in about 4 months with strict adherence and lifestyle changes
Do your ebooks include recipes or just information?
Most ebooks include food protocols, sample meal plans, herbal breakdowns, and practical rituals. They’re designed to be used, not just read.
What about my protein?
Some people are concerned about protein levels while healing through HSV since it is a low protein diet. My answer is: you have to choose your priority; healing the virus, or maintaining a high protein intake. You’ll be nourished either way.
Do I need to stay alkaline after HSV is gone?
Yes, stay on the protocol for at least 1 month post-negative results to fully support terrain recovery.
Are your products and protocols vegan and organic?
Yes, everything is cruelty-free, plant-based, and ethically sourced. If you’re ingredient-sensitive, just ask — we have many nut-free options.
